Vexcolt urgently needed a modern, reliable CRM solution that would support their business growth and provide confidence in their data. Their previous system ‘ConstructionCRM’s, Project Sales Achiever (PSA)’ presented several obstacles that hindered efficiency and customer service. Key challenges included:
- System reliability: The legacy system, Project Sales Achiever, suffered significant downtime and frequent technical issues, impacting productivity and customer confidence.
