CITF (Collaboration Innovation Technology Forum) is the UK’s leading membership organisation for technology professionals at enterprise, academia, charities and the public sector organisations.

Managing main business activities such as membership and events using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets had become cumbersome. In addition to the challenges maintaining data quality, this method of working also created unnecessary administration overheads.
